2018 – Uk4UK acquires Etelka Hotels (apartment rentals in Transylvania). Project terminated in 2021.
2018 – Ok4UK acquires 4x4Nomad Ltd (an automobile company specialized in rough equipment for the off-road industry).
2015 – Str8.one specialized in IT solutions; i.e webhosting, webdesign, software R&D for the Motorcycling Industry.
